Nest Doorbells did not migrate

Hello!

I migrated my Nest account to Google Home last year and my doorbells never showed up in Home. When I try to set them up as a new product it says that they are "registered to another user" and they need to be unregistered by that user (me). But, the doorbells are no longer in my Nest account so I can't unregister them. The doorbells work as doorbells but that's about it. Any ideas??
