      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue. Camera stopped working one day, so I removed it from my list of devices and tried to re-add it. I get an NC023 error, and when I tried to factory reset the camera, nothing happend. The white light just stays on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is your Nest Camera plugged in to a working power outlet? Are you using the provided power cable and adapter?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Found the issue, I was trying to connect with a regular non nest usb power block. It seems the nest power block has some kind of voodoo in it to enable a new device to connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
