Why won’t my nest cam 2 hook up? Keeps telling me I don’t have a supportive device to help it, even tho I have the app and camera 1 works great.

Customers have been getting "assisting device" errors for many months now. Yours is the second post today. G Google Nest has no official resolution. This recent thread has one customer's solution:
