Nest Floodlight deleted from home/can't add back

My Nest Floodlight "lights" was removed from Google Home without my consent; camera 📸 was fine. I can't figure out how to add the "floodlight" back to Google Home. I tried factory resetting the Camera via pinhole on back and readd the Nest Cam w/floodlight and only the Camera comes back (no lights). I no longer have the QR code sticker; so I am adding back the system via the SetUp code on back of camera.

Anyone know how to add the Flood Lights back to HOME?

I had to do a warranty replacement. I also made sure to install a modern 4 wire switch replacement. 😉
