      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nest cam IQ outdoor stopped working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Router reset YES&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Factory reset YES&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Status lights NO&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Damage NO&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turned off the power for 24 hours and when putting the power back on the blue light started to pulse but not able to reconnect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue over here today. All of a sudden it stopped working.&lt;BR /&gt;- Router Reset &amp;nbsp;YES&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Soft Reset YES&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Factory Reset YES&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Status Lights NO&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Damage NO&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Blue Ring when putting power plug YES , but not able to make connection between phone and cam anymore.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; Code : NC023 &amp;nbsp;which is known as a bluetooth error. Tried all the recommended solutions, even with a second &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;phone and adding it to a new home but nothing works. It's simply impossible to make a connection with the cam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is already my second outdoor IQ which shows issues within 14 months. Getting sick and tired of it and it's waste of big spender money with no solutions provided until now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What i noticed today was we had heavy rainfall today, which should not be a problem since it's an outdoor cam.&lt;BR /&gt;However on REDDIT i found i topic which describes our issues too :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.reddit.com/r/Nest/comments/l0whpo/iq_outdoor_cam_stopps_working_due_to_water_at_the/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.reddit.com/r/Nest/comments/l0whpo/iq_outdoor_cam_stopps_working_due_to_water_at_the/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like it still possible water is getting inside causing problems with USB connector.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope our Community Specialist BRAD , can come up with a solution ( start with sending new power cord )&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Brad,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I surly still do need help with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is my second outdoor IQ and both failed working all of a sudden. A BIG BIG waste of my money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Meanwhile i obtained a new power plug and cable but the issue i still there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When plugging in the camera &amp;nbsp;the blue ring is visible for a few seconds but disappears and after that nothing as in nothing. It’s impossible to make connection with the camera and even &amp;nbsp;the reset button does not work that is it’s not even possible to reset the camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And as others experienced as well, this happend after heavy rain fall so for sure water is the cause here. I called customer service many times but it’s always the same st… answer. No camera’s available to exchange the broken ones and even though i am willing to accept the latest outdoor cam in stead ( which is much more less in specs than the IQ ) they are not willing to sent me one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;So google is much more interested in getting peoples money ( in my case 2 times a IQ ) then keeping their costumers satisfied and happy when they have to deal with failing hardware.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry that you have had a poor experience. Your device is discontinued so we would not be able to issue a replacement. Only thing I can suggest is that you reach out to Support. I do not have the access to assist you further with this issue.&lt;/P&gt;
