Nest battery doorbell and nest hub announcement frequency

I have a nest battery door bell and I did not have any existing door bell setup.

I successfully configured my nest hub (2nd gen)to announce when someone presses door bell .

my question is : when a user presses door bell 2 -3 times (with in gap of 5-10sec) why google hub makes an announcement first time only?
and no announcement for subsequent door bell button push attempts

Judging from how our own Google Nest Hubs respond to doorbell rings, my guess (as just another customer) is that they just can't respond to multiple doorbell presses within a 5 - 10 second gap. Our mechanical doorbell chime rings immediately because the circuit is closed when the doorbell is pressed, but the announcement comes across the Nest Hubs a second or two later, and then another one or two seconds are used up making the announcement and displaying what's on the doorbell's camera. Maybe someone from Google or someone with technical expertise greater than mine could answer how fast Nest Hubs can broadcast repeated visitor announcements.

Thanks @MplsCustomer I am wondering if there is a setting in google home to adjust frequency or time gap between announcements.
because if I miss first notification on hub then person outside door may keep waiting

may be someone from google can answer it

Yes please , I am still not able to get answer to my question. Google hub makes announcement first time only on first press of door bell . For subsequent doorbell button presses it doesnot announce

I do not believe there is an option to change this, but this is excellent feedback. But you should ask your question in the Nest Speakers and Displays forums if you want to know for sure.
