Nest Doorbell wired

The issue started about 2 months ago. The first thing that started is when pushing button devices would power off in mid ring and no notifications . To do temp fix was to turn off indoor chime because saying the transformer not giving out enough power but that is wired as was working just fine for 2 years. The second issue is that notification are extremely delayed over 5 to 15 minutes to phone,home mini and nest home. I've tried all of the different steps that could find and still having issue with notifications and with the button press
