Why does my nest hub after asking it to stream the outside camera it shows the camera then comes up with a stupid search which was never asked to do (I had to say web browser but it's the nest hub)

The Google Nest Hubs seem to get confused depending on what you label your camera (under "Where" in the Google Nest app). When one of our cameras was named "Back Yard", saying "Hey Google, show the back yard" would yield internet searches for businesses nearby with the word "backyard" in their name. When we relabeled the camera as "Backyard", saying "Hey Google, show the backyard" now shows the camera. It doesn't quite make sense to me, but it works (at least so far).
