Posting again...lost NEST Outdoor Camera magnet mount..how to get new one>?

I've posted before about this,and have received messages, asking for serial number, name, etc.,.but nothing progresses.

I've lost the magnet mount for my NEst Outdoor Cam. how can I get another? They are not for sale online...It is a couple years old, not a warranty issue, I just need the part!

I have tried, but this product, provides a screw mount, which uses the existing GOOGLE NEST magnet, which I do not have.
