Factory reset

When migrated acct somehow can’t get in to nest. So I made a new acct with google when I go to set up my cameras it say its set up in another acct (Mine the one I can’t get into) how can I set up camera without removing in from my old acct

I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. I am sorry to hear that you have lost access to that account! I am afraid that there is no way to remove those devices off the account unless you have access to the account.
