Nest Hello (wired doorbell) shows as offline for another household member but not me

I can see the Nest Hello camera on my Google Home app and by asking our Nest Hub Max to show he that camera. But when another member of my household, who had no problem seeing the camera in the past, attempts either of those they show the camera is offline?

Any fix or things to check for this?

Thanks for reaching out. Let's get this sorted out. A few questions:

When did this start?
Is this happening to multiple family members?
Is this happening when signed in to multiple phones?

If the family member was a previous member before migration, I would suggest removing her as a family member and adding her back. You can check this article on how to Share a home and devices in the Google Home app for steps.
