The resolution is at the highest level and I have 4 zones to capture all movement. WIfi connection is excellent.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to look into this issue further for you. I would check your alert settings to see if it is set to pets or animals are set up or not.

Having the same issue with a Nest Cam Outdoor. Was there any resolution?
