Doorbell Internal ribbon wire

I lost the tool to take the doorbell off the mount and watched a YouTube video on how to remove the doorbell woth a paper clip . I’m tryin this I accidentally pried the faceplate off instead and it ripped the interenal ribbon wire they connects the camera to the battery I assume . It looks as though it is easy to replace but where do I get the replacement part ? I’ve only had this doorbell through one charge cycle abs would hate to have to replace the whole unit.

Sorry to hear about that. You might need to replace the whole unit if the face plate was removed. What type of Nest Doorbell are you using? Also, when and where did you purchase your Nest Doorbell?
