?Retrieval of now missing history (indr cam) s/p google home disconnect/reconnect?

So due to outside reasons the google home setup got obliterated and everything had to be reconnected, including all the indoor cams. I wanted to retrieve previous history to try and piece together why things got obliterated, but all I see are the feeds starting from when the cams were reconnected s/p obliteration. How might I go about retrieving the previous history from before the reconnection? if someone pressed that button 'erase previous history' would that eliminate all previous history permanently or is there a grace period where it might be available? thanks!

Hi there,

This may not be the answer you’re looking for, but once the video history has been deleted you won’t be able to recover it and we don’t keep backups.

I would recommend to download important clips in the future. You can check this article on how to Save and download video clips for steps.
