Nest doorbell QR code and 6 digit code rubbed off

The QR code and 6 digit code rubbed off my nest doorbell and I can't set it up. There is no other way to add as I don't have any paperwork. What are the options?

Same issue. I went and deleted my old home, in the Google Home app and lost my access to the camera even with a new home group setup. Now I can't reconnect the doorbell even though they just got a second payment for the subscription out of me with the new group. This is bogus.
