      <title>Nest IQ Outdoor stopped working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Nest IQ outdoor that just all the sudden stopped working. I figured it might be the power supply or main line and I replaced both.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have several around the house and this one just stopped. Its about a 1.5 yr old. Purchased from best buy or home depot. I purchased a used one on EBAY and it now is working in its place.&amp;nbsp; Looking for a replacement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried all of the following with zero luck as well after reading other forum posts:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried to factory reset your camera? YES&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Do you see any status lights on the camera? NO&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Do you see any physical damage? NO&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you made any changes to your internet connection? Or Router by chance? NO&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What other troubleshooting steps have you completed thus far? NEW POWER UNIT&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
