My door bell won’t latch to mount

My door bell won’t latch. I’ve tried everything but it won’t click and it keeps falling off. I’ve only had it for 4 months.

I’ve seen many other posts with the same issue. Will google just replace it?

I think they should; as others have reported, this seems like a clear defect. But you'll have to go through the hassle of contacting Google Nest Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp).

We have 3 Google Nest Hello Doorbells and they have never fallen off of their mounts. The battery doorbells seem designed differently.

I spoke to customer service today. After a bit of troubleshooting they are sending me a new one.
