Nest doorbell is peeling

My nest doorbell is peeling. At first I thought it was smudges but little by little it has been getting worse. I noticed post on hear where they where replacing the doorbell. I contacted Google and long story short they said the warranty has ended and I couldn't get a replacement. Come on the doorbell is starting to be an eye sore google.
