Google Cam notifications

I don’t receive notifications from my camera in the google home app. I’ve reinstalled the app, turned my off on/off based on the previous tread comment, and I did a factory reset on my phone setting, but still, nothing; my wife, however receive these in her phone and our settings are the same.

Thanks for reaching out. Let's check on this further. A few questions: what type of Nest camera do you have? What type of phone are you using? Is this happening to multiple cameras?

Yes it’s happening to multiple camera. I have the google nest cam (outdoor or indoor). I also have a nest IQ camera and the nest door bell. I get the IQ and door notifications on my nest app but nothing on the google app. I have a iPhone 12

Have you migrated your account from Nest to Google Home yet? If not, that could be why you can't view them in the Google Home App.

Yea, I migrated them. I can see them in the apps. I just don’t get the notifications
