How to view outdoor nest camera on a computer?

I have older nest cameras that work on my app and computer. When I added a new camera it works on the google home app but it will not add to my old nest app and I cant figure out how to view the new camera on my computer?

If your new camera is one of the new Google Nest cameras released in the fall of 2021 (like the new Google Nest Battery Camera we happened to buy September, not knowing), they are supported only by the Google Home app. Unlike our other Google Nest cameras and doorbells, they are not supported by the Google Nest app or the home.nest.com website.

Unable to view newer cameras on PC is completely unacceptable. I have spent so much money on subscriptions for nest cameras and the newer camera is complete garbage because of this issue

How is this it issue not fixed ????how can I view edit and save videos of people coming onto my property and sent to the authorities when it’s so difficult to view them on my phone, with the new cameras Google has come out with completely unacceptable

Thank you for your feedback on this issue, I fully understand the frustrations of not having your new Nest Cams in the Nest App or available on https://bit.ly/3HtBgJC web app. I can imagine having to use two different apps at the moment is quite daunting, and could lead to frustration.

However, the new Nest cameras and doorbell are exclusive to the Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays. A Nest Aware subscription applies to all of your cameras, speakers, and displays in the same home structure. Thank you for your continued patience, and support.
