Removing camera wall mount

I want to take down the magnetic wall mount for my camera (not doorbell) and move to another area. Is there a trick to getting it off? It won’t budge if I twist or pull it.

I'm guessing you have the newer Google Nest Camera (Battery). You need to twist it counter-clockwise in order to be able to release it. See the install video starting at about 4:12 for a visual view of how it is twisted on. I've seen other customers with posts here about removing the mount. They must get stuck; we haven't had to remove ours yet.
