Nest Doorbell/Camera

I have 2 wired Nest doorbell cameras with a 24v/40va transformer and having constant battery draining issues on one of them. Voltage test show 28v on both doorbell cameras but one of them holds battery charge of around 75% while the other drains and have to be recharged after 4 days. what is causing this to happen???
