Nest camera (battery) can’t add it to my home stops the installation with “something went wrong”

I bought a set of 3 cameras and I haven’t been able to install the third one . I have tried every suggestion posted on these blogs but nothing has worked

Any real solution to this problem , how can I get it replaced ?

I was trying to connect the new camera with a 5g wi-fi

I guess that was what I was doing wrong
