Connect to video stream in LAN without Internet connection

I have a Google Nest Cam v1 outdoor/indoor wired and I am wondering if there is a way to connect to the video stream on the LAN without having Internet connection. While Internet connection is great while outside the home, I would like to be able to view the video stream at home connecting directly to the camera without using any outside server. This should save bandwidth and allow to see the video stream live with minimum delays. Is it possible ?

Sorry no the Nest cameras require an internet connection to function. Have a look at the Google Nest help center link below.
