Google Nest Wired Doorbell - Everything works but no push notifications

Hello All!

I have used Alro video doorbells for years and in multiple locations. It always works well, and wherever my wife or I am, when someone pushes the doorbell, we immediately get a ringing and a screen popup on our iPhones to accept the video doorbell call.

So we just bought a new home and installed Google battery exterior cameras, interior speakers, a Nest thermostat with remote sensor, and a WIRED NEST VIDEO DOORBELL.

Everything works great except the doorbell. The doorbell does everything it should, rings the house chime, announces on the speakers, and captures video. But no push notifications. I have looked at every Next, Google Home, and IOS setting, all configured, but no Push Notification on our phones.

So I removed the video doorbell from home and reinstalled it. It immediately sent me a push notification. Well, sort of. I had a screen, but it popped up without any audible alert like a ring or tone. And from then on, ringing the doorbell again will not send a push notification. This was all done with the help of Google tech support.

Unless I can get some help here, I will have to trash the Nest/Google wired doorbell and that cash that I paid as I dumped the boxes. And back to the known good Arlo doorbell.

Any suggestions?
