Can’t connect

Hi I can’t connect my new nest camera. I’ve tried several times. Moving around the house. Resetting phone. Waiting between attempts. Tried iPhone and iPad Google home to connect same response. Unplugging waiting replugging. iOS devices are on 5GHz Any suggestions
