Nest (battery) doorbell charging issue

My doorbell is <10 months old. Charging was ok before - It would charge overnight. This time however, when plugged into my USB-c cord, the light wont go on, and after over 12 hours it only went from 10-31%. At this rate, it will take several days to fully charge.
Anyone else experience this issue? I’ve tried multiple cords, but light still won’t light up as expected and charging doesn’t accelerate.

Somebody had a similar issue and ended up doing a restart to fix it. It is sort of like rebooting your computer. Maybe that will work for you?

Thanks @sporfrog , I appreciate the suggestion, unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I ended up arranging for a replacement under warranty. All good now. 👍🏼
