Drop cam How to retrieve Past video history

I want to request a legal investigation with the police , 6 months , somebody I know stole my social security retroactive. I saw everything in the video but I did not know about the saving clips. My subscription is for a month video history only. I have called nest customer service 3 days after incident, they told me , the past video can’t be retrieve because I changed the email . The Police will ask me for prove.

im not sure if conducting a legal investigation involving nest company and the police the 6 months video would be able to retrieved.? Please guidance, helppp

I'm sorry to hear about that. This may not be the answer you’re looking for, but once the video history has been deleted you won’t be able to recover it and we don’t keep backups.

I would recommend reaching out to our Google Support team if you need further assistance.
