Unable to pan nest camera

Why am I not able to pan the nest camera? Even when zoomed in it’s not moving around the room via touch control on the home app.

Thanks for reaching out. Let's get this sorted out. A few questions: what type of phone are you using? Also, is this happening on multiple phones?

Once zoomed in, you can drag or pan the screen using one finger. If that doesn't help, I would recommend force closing the app or testing on a different phone to isolate.
