Utilizing zones for flood light control.

Hello There.
I wanted to see if anyone has guidance on floodlight control using zones. For example, I wish to have camera record the road directly in front of my driveway, as well as my driveway. I wish for flood lights to energize only when there is activity captured in my driveway though.

Hi Brad!, thank you for reaching out. Yes Please, I wish for further assistance, thank you. I wish for zone control of camera that is different for lighting control of flood lights. I am not sure if that is an option with the google nest camera (battery) flood light. Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Biagio.

Hi there,

Thanks for the reply. If you wish to turn on your floodlight when there is an activity within the zone, I would recommend to change the "what turns on the floodlight" setting to camera events. You can check this article on how to Change floodlight settings for detailed steps.
