sharing spouses account ,so i can see nest camera results

At first both of us could see our homes nest camera views , now only my wife and I cant seem to get access without removing her. Any suggestions

Hello trip, I'm and end user like you. I'm 99% sure you can only fix this by opening a support ticket with the Google techs. This kind of issue you are describing is something they can only fix from their server back end.

Let's see what's going on. A few questions: did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? What phone are you using (Android, iOS)? Also, what exactly is the issue you're experiencing with the app?
