Brand new wired doorbell stopped working

I had a wired hello installed in my home two weeks ago. Everything worked fine but today we had to turn the power off for a few minutes. When I flipped the breaker back the hello stopped working. I get a ‘camera is offline’ error. I also tried to pop it off the housing but it won’t come off - the tool broke when I inserted it.

got for warranty and return it for a replacement. reach out to nest support

I’m in the same country and I purchased it and had it installed on June 10th.
