Doorbell notifications

I have added my wife to my family in google home app. She can view cameras without issue. She doesn’t get notifications line do on my phone although all her notification settings are set properly. Can someone tell me how to get her notifications working?

I think your best bet is to open a support ticket with the Google Techs and they should be able to get to the bottom of this. Here is the link (below). If they solve it please return here and let everyone know how it got fixed. I'm sure other people are running into this too.
