Nest Outdoor Security (wired) camera won't reconnect after internet outage

Nest Outdoor Security (wired) camera won't reconnect after internet outage. every other device reconnects without a problem except the nest cameras. these are security cameras, you know, to provide security, when I am not physically in my home. how can there be no way to be able to reset these remotely?

I am having the same problem. My cameras will not connect to my wifi. I have 2 cameras mounted but will not work after I rebooted my wifi. Getting ready to call the geek squad as it is so frustrating.

Open a support ticket with the Google Techs and they should be able to get you back up and running. Here is the link to start the process:

Once they get you up and running please return here and let us know how they fixed it as this will help other people running into this problem.
