How to setup Nest battery camera without the QR code

Hello

I have managed to misplace the QR code for the camera and am trying to setup using the Setup Code on the device. I have followed the advice in this post (e.g. reset the camera) but I keep getting a 'Wrong setup code' error. I have triple checked the code and am certain it is correct, but it just doesn't work. I have tried multiple times with the same result.

Can anybody suggest anything else?

Hi James,

This is a user forum and the Google techs don't respond here. However I know other users have had this question and I believe they get the google techs to fix this issue. You can open an official support ticket here:

Once they get you up and running please return here and let us know how they fixed it as this will help other people running into this problem.
