Missing parts, cant get back off using pin. Also FOV only shows people torsos

I recently moved and no longer have any of the additional backing components to the Nest Hello. I also am looking for something to angle my doorcam upwards to see peoples faces. Can someone help me find where to order spare parts or any recommendations on getting a better angle to my doorway.
