Nest doorbell screen randomly cracked

Bought the nest doorbell almost a year ago, came home and noticed the screen randomly cracked and now it is no longer working.

Is it actually a crack or is it the screen coating that’s peeling?

There are actual crack lines on the nest and there is no power to it at all even though it is hardwired.
