My landlord gave me this camera to use, then she pulled some shady **bleep** and I told her, " you know your own camera saw you do it, I had a few days left on the trial with nest, and wanted to get the video for a police report, but she took the camera off the dock outside and I could not view this footage, now im going to a dispute resolution and I would like that video for my case, my subscription expired and the camera is no where to be found, nor was it mine, but it was in my space and connected to my Google account, I was the only one who could access the footage, but there is now no footage saved, and the camera is offline probably was returned to home Depot by the landlord, am I **bleep**ed for getting some clips from this last month, or does google hang on to them somewhere else and are accessable by request or something

Unless a clip was previously downloaded and saved (to a phone or computer for example), access to previous video history is unavailable once passed whatever the subscription tier is for days of history.

So ya I lost the video I needed, o understand why the footage would be deleted when the subscription is done, but I immediately had another month trial and the footage was still gone, is there not a time period in between subscription end and start of new, where footage should remain available. Like if you forget your **bleep**ed, if you do a trip and then decide to buy and during which something important happens and is in court and the footage is just gone. Doesn't make sense guys common

If the customer like me was unaware of the consequences of not buying it, I got **bleep**ed and needed that video and I was using the trial month. Now im more **bleep**ed cause I didn't know
