Poor video quality for nest hello

this woman breezed by my front door and I was concerned her intentions may me nefarious. I found out from neighbors she was selling pest control services. We have a no soliciting sign I guess she respected but this event prompted trying to get a better picture. Alas after much work with Google it turned out to be a dead end, out of warranty deal. Will be looking to other options since google doesn't offer a good enough image.

I've reached a dead-end. I did everything google support told me to but nothing helped. I'm paying for facial recognition but it can't id my wife or myself unless I'm directly in front of it. Not really getting the value out of this expensive doorbell
