    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Hi William,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It sounds as if you may have "Spaces" enabled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;From the nest app, tap the settings cog in the top right and look for "Spaces" which you can then turn off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Give this a go and let me know if it works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;All the best,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-from &lt;EM&gt;Phil S UK(Product Expert)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
