Nest Outdoor 1st Gen power cord disintegrating.

The power cord to my camera is crumbling away, literally like crackers and exposing the inner wires to the elements.

Is there anyway to remove and replace this?

I bought it from Target on Nov 21st, 2018.

And yes I am in the same country where I bought it

Your camera's warranty has already expired, since it only has a one year warranty. That said, we won't be able to proceed a replacement power cord. You can check this link for our replacement policy: https://bit.ly/2Peomtp We know that this isn't the answer you're looking for and we hope we can make it up to you in the future. I'd suggest looking to other 3rd-party retailers to replace it.
