How do I rename the next cam floodlight in Google home? The instructions point to settings, device information, but these fields are not editable for me. How do you rename this camera/ floodlight?

Hmmmm, Try going into the App and select the camera so you are viewing the live image. Then click the gear in the upper right corner and you should see "NAME" with the name of the camera shown there. If I touch it on mine it lets me change the name.

Clicking 'Name' does nothing. The field is briefly highlighted then the highlight goes away and I can't change anything.

Hmmmm, it sounds like your app might be out of day. Try searching in your App Store for the app and see if it has "UPDATE" next to it. If it just says "OPEN" then you are on the newest version.

If that isn't it then I think the next step is to open an official support ticket and get a Google Tech to help. Here is the link:
