Hello,

I just realized that the lense cover on my wired outdoor camera is missing. Is there a replacement that I can get? I also was looking for 2 mounted for the usb plug box because we moved and I must have left them.

Unfortunately replacement parts like this are not available. You can try contacting support for a replacement as that’s about your only option.

hi Prs7, this is a user forum that Google doesn't really look at. For this problem try getting help from Google themselves by opening a support ticket. You will need the serial number of your camera. Here is the link:

Like @Rubes and @EmptyNester stated, there are some other options you can try with Support, but you will need to go to them. If you are seeking a replacement, please contact Support.
