      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Chan, &amp;nbsp;I'm and end user like you. &amp;nbsp;Yes, here are the directions for that for all nest cameras. &amp;nbsp;Make sure you follow the directions for the Full Factory Reset and not just restart. &amp;nbsp;And be sure to follow the instructions exactly. &amp;nbsp;Once you do this you should be able to add the cameras to you new account. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
