Unable to download video from Google nest app

I am unable to download video from my google home app. I hava a google doorbell (battery) and have an android phone. When I have found the video I want to download there is no "download" icon in the top right corner as googles help page claims there should be.

Hi Knut, I'm an end user like you. Hmmmm, here is a video that shows how to do it. Make sure you do it EXACTLY like this guy shows.

If your download icon is missing the first thing that comes to mind is that the app on your phone might be out of date. Go to the App Store and search for the App. If it has an "UPDATE" next to it then you should do that update. It it simply says "OPEN" then your app is up to date and something else is going on.
