Factory Reset not working

My Google cameras do not charge. They worked initially but after the first charge was drained they will not charge back up. I tried a factory reset with one of them and that does not work either. No Yellow light. Nothing. Any suggestions?

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. Do you have a wired or a wireless setup? Did you receive any notification from the Google Home app? To confirm, there's no light status on the camera, right? Keep us posted.
