Hi All

I’m new to nest, I’ve moved into a new home and have set up all my nest cameras and floodlights.

i purchased the Google nest doorbell, the builder hard wired it in. He threw the box away, when I scan the code and try to connect to Google home it leads me to battery connection and then finally ends with something went wrong?

What do I do here? How can I connect?

there is no light on the door bell?

id appreciate any help

Hi Brad,

So I purchased a google nest door bell, and wired it in to the original door bell wires but it inst working, I have now read that a specific power supply is required to hard wire in a google nest door bell? Is this correct and where can I buy this from power supply, I've seen some online.

Yep — you can purchase the Ninety7 Indoor Power Adapter for Google Nest Doorbell here. Also, check out this link on how to install Nest doorbell with an indoor power adapter.
