I need this magnet as well. Why can’t we just buy them? Seems like a very common issue. My camer is a couple years old, white, outdoor, the long cord is coming right out of the bottom. Without this magnet it is incredibly difficult to use because it can’t even sit on a shelf. Can I buy one please? Utah, United States. I am trying to use this mount in the photo and I can’t due to the magnet being missing.

I would contact support via chat or phone. I don't have any info about purchasing the magnet separately but support would be best able to direct you. Looks like they were able to help user Ghostman above.

A contractor threw away my magnet with the siding it was mounted on. Anyone know where to buy a new magnet? Am not seeing any answers here other than contacting support
