How do u take the doorbell nest off the wall so I can charge it?

Use the release tool included in the box. If you don't have the tool, you can use a flat head screwdriver. Insert the tool or screwdriver into the hole at the top of the doorbell, then pull the doorbell up and away from the wall

It's in the instructions that came with the unit.A metal key in the box is inserted at the top just behind the camera , a little slot where the key is inserted .
