NEST doorbell video resolution enhancement

I have a question on video resolution from nest door bell.

Someone shot from car and broke my front door window glass. The nest doorbell had the recording of a white car and the sound of hitting the window glass on top of my front door. But I can not get the license plate or car model/brand.

Is there a way to enhance the video clip for resolution?

Outside of using a forensic lab or something, there’s no practical way to enhance existing footage.
